I came home with two commitments: to wear the hijab, and to finally honour my body through movement.
Then I discovered that the hijab I wanted and needed, for my life as a daughter, wife, mother, friend and career woman, simply didn’t exist. Not one that moved with me, in the gym and through the day, while looking and feeling like myself. So I set out to make it.
Moving Modesty exists because Muslim women deserve to move freely, train fully, and remain beautifully covered, without compromise.
